I part exchanged today my car at Titi Ho Motors, it was a fair trade I actually got a good price for DS3 and the difference I payed to purchase a Golf was decent. I also got the Golf with 12 months of MOT, full tank, 1 year free of road tax and new rear brake pads as they were wearing thin.
The Golf was nice and clean in and out, it seems to be alright so far, hopefully nothing will go rong with it, it also comes with 3 months warranty.

When it comes to buying a car I never judge a garage on the sales experience as I expect them to be competent at their jobs. And for me I don't think selling cars is that difficult if you've got the right stock.

For me its ALL about the after sales experience and Titty Ho Motor Co delivered in spades.

I recently purchased a Porsche Panamera from them. It was an easy transaction, which was wrapped up within 30 minutes with no pressure. However, within a week of owning the car multiple faults appeared on the dashboard. I immediately called the garage and within 24 hours the car was booked in with a specialist technician. Now from first analysis we thought the car would need a new transmission, which costs thousands. The manager didn't bat an eye lid and said, we'll cover whatever it takes to get this issue resolved. With other garages I have purchased from there is usually a bun fight or some clause where they distance themselves from the issue. Not at Titty Ho Motor Co.

Luckily the fault turned out to be an easy fix, which they resolved and returned the car to me straight away.

Not once did they avoid me or not take my calls. I was in touch with Titty Ho Motor Co every day where they updated me on their progress.

Now this is what I call after sales care. They understood my frustrations and concerns, put my mind at easy and ensured that all was resolved and returned in perfect working order.

I know this should be the norm but as I flip my cars on an annual basis this sadly is a rare experience from other garages.

Thank you James and Dale for your honesty and professionalism. Second to none in my book and I'll definitely come back again next year when I'm looking for my next purchase.

It can be a bit daunting buying a used car but the customer service I received from Dale was second to none.
